Return & Refund Policy:  We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. Please review the following terms regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Terms of Return

• Skin care returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.  To qualify, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
• Due to the nature of medical, wellness, and aesthetic products, biologic materials, injectables, compounded medications, and custom-prepared items are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped or dispensed.

Eligible Reasons for Return

• You received the wrong item.
• The item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
• The item was missing components or otherwise incomplete.

How to Initiate a Return

• Contact our support team within the return window.
• Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
• A team member will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number with further instructions.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days after approval.
• Shipping charges and transaction fees are non-refundable.
• For services, deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward future appointments if canceled within the required notice period.
